Per Fly

Per Fly is an award winning Danish director, who was accepted to the Danish Film School in 1989. He completed his education in 1993 with the graduation film Room 17.

His debut feature film ‘Bænken’ (The Bench) from 2000 won him a Bodil and a Robert for Best Director, and both the Audience Award and the Best Director award from Nordische Film Days 2000 in Lübeck.

The trilogy of was completed with ‘Arven’ (The Inheritance) from 2003 and ‘Drabet’ (Manslaughter) from 2005.

Besides film, Per Fly has directed some of the major Danish and Nordic productions in recent years including episodes at ‘Bedrag’ from 2016 and ‘Borgen’ from 2010 and most recently the Netflix series ‘Reservatet’ (The Secrets We Keep) from 2025.
