Gratuated from the Danish Film School, class of 2009, MA in Media Studies and educated from the School of Journalism. Søren had his feature film debut in 2014 with “Klumpfisken”. He has worked on a long list of large fiction TV series, including “Bedrag”, “Herrens Veje”, “The Rain”, “Fred til Lands”, “Equinox”, “Dag & Nat”, “Mysteriet på Bornholm”, and “Oxen” both as an episode director and as a conceptual director. Søren has been on the board of the Danish Film Directors since 2019.
As chairperson, Søren’s work is focused on promoting the Danish Film Directors as a strong political artist association and a crucial professional community that represents Danish directors and storytellers broadly within fiction, documentary, animation & in gaming.
