From Live Action Cinema to Animation and Game Universes
Sander Schwartz, Head of Animation, SYBO. Former President, Warner Animation
Sander will give his thoughts on going from big cinema screens to storytelling and animation in gaming universes and on franchise and universe building.
The LA-based animated content producer, Sander Schwartz, was awarded an Emmy for his role in producing ‘The Batman’ series. Prior to joining SYBO, Sander was President for Kids and Family Entertainment for FremantleMedia Enterprises and President of Warner Bros. Animation, responsible for the production of theatrical, television and made-for-video animated programming. Sander also worked with Warner Bros. Pictures to develop animated feature films, including ‘What’s New Scooby Doo’, ‘Teen Titans’, ‘Justice League Unlimited’ and ‘Johnny Test’. Learn from the legend.
Sander joined Warner Bros. from Sony Pictures Family Entertainment, where he served as the division’s first President, responsible for creating family-oriented entertainment and animation across all media, including ‘Jackie Chan Adventures’, ‘Max Steel’, ‘Dragon Tales’ and ‘Men in Black: The Series’.
Prior to joining Sony Pictures, he founded Columbia TriStar Television’s children’s content business and was Executive Vice President of TMS Entertainment.
