THIS is a volunteer-supported not-for-profit organization, and it is thanks to the efforts of our volunteers that we can carry out the festival succesfully year after year.

THIS hosts several sessions and events over just a few days, and we rely on volunteers who contribute with their time and energy to make it all happen.

When you are a volunteer at THIS, you become part of network of people who are all passionate and curious about media and the art of storytelling.

Our volunteering opportunities are flexible and can include working at multiple events.

Tasks include, but are not limited to: setting up venues, checking tickets, greeting and hosting guests, content creation for our social media, and most importantly, making sure everyone is having a good time.

All volunteers at THIS are given a partout pass to the festival and may freely participate at all events in accordance with their scheduled tasks.
