Jessica Tams has been a prominent figure in the games industry since 1998. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Atari, is a Venture Partner at Griffin Gaming Partners, and acts as a Strategic Advisor for Manga Productions, a subsidiary of the MISK Foundation. In 2006, Jessica founded and served as the Managing Director of Casual Connect, the largest international professional games B2B event spanning Asia, Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Americas. She also launched Indie Prize and Gamesauce, the leading go-to-market programs for independent game developers.
In 2003, Jessica established the independent studio that published the inaugural Xbox Live Arcade titles and developed the revamped Games for Windows, including the widely played Solitaire.
Jessica began her career as a software engineer for RPG and Adventure Games and holds degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science.
