Jesper Munch Søgaard, holds a masters degree in business administration, and has for the last 15 years worked with implementing and designing strategies for IT solutions. He has worked within the Big Data space, CRM, ERP, BI and Mobility, as both a consultant, project manager, Lead Architect, Program manager, Enterprise Architect and now as head of Big Data Solutions at LEGO.
His primary focus has been on IT enabling the business processes, i.e working in the space between IT and the business. This includes implementing CRM, BI, customer experience, marketing, customer service, sales mobility and related supporting processes like finance, farehousing and procurement.
Jesper is a part of the leadership team focusing on Digitalization and how to adopt and prioritize digitalization initiatives in LEGO, by managing, architectecting and building a data Engineering and ML/AI practice within LEGOs pure agile setup.
