Join us for the grand opening of AARHUS SERIES 2023 on November 1.
During this red carpet event, we are watching episode 2 of “Oxen” together. The screening will be followed by a talk and Q&A session with writers Mai Brostrøm and Peter Thorsboe, producer Senia Dremstrup, and actor Jacob Lohmann.
“Oxen” is a Danish thriller series from TV 2 Denmark. The first episode premieres on streaming on October 22 and on October 29 on broadcast TV.
Huntsman Niels Oxen is falsely accused for drug possession and expelled from the Huntsmen Corps. Broken, he seeks refuge deep inside the forest, but several uncanny events force him out of his isolation and back into the society that he has lost trust in.
AARHUS SERIES is five days filled to the brim with spectacular experiences targeted at all lovers of tv series, during which the best of the best in series are presented in a large-scale format.
The public series festival focuses on series with a contemporary significance; stories that reverberate throughout society and stimulate dialogue, and the programme includes screenings, premieres, and fan sessions.
AARHUS SERIES was launched in 2019 as an integrated part of THIS, but became its own independent festival in 2020.
