Pitch Training Workshop

Hosted by Game Hub Denmark

Making a good business pitch to an investor or a games publisher is an important aspect of succeeding with your game company.

In this workshop, you will deliver a pitch to our panel of industry veterans. In return you will get in-depth feedback on how to improve your pitch. Through a workshop-process you will work to implement the improvements, with hands-on input from the coaches, and finally you will again deliver your – now improved pitch – to the panel of veterans.

The panel consists of:

Jacob Honoré, the CEO at Octato, founder of Zaxis and Equity Partner at Invisible Walls

Christine Thaarup, CEO at Rocksalt Interactive Games

Emil Kjær, Head of Product Management at Funday Factory

This is a closed event and the workshop format will take place behind closed doors for the benefit of the participants. We will have room for a limited 4-6 attending companies.

You will need to have a company and a playable prototype of your game. Your company should be ready to (or preparing for) showcase your game to investors or publishers. You should apply if you wish to test your pitch on experienced industry veterans, in a setting where it is safe to not be perfect yet, but where you will gain valuable input on how to improve your own pitching performance as well as the contents of your pitch deck. To apply send us an email with a description of your company and your project, and a motivated reason for why you wish to join this workshop.

Do not miss this unique chance to improve your pitch skills – join the workshop and let the panel guide you and your company.
