Games are a two-way communication platform and offer the opportunity to really understand how players feel about climate change. Learn how gaming has been used in conjunction with the UN, to deliver the world’s largest data set on climate attitudes and used to change climate policies in over 50 countries, and also for the G20 and the IPCC report.
Be inspired to engage in sustainability in creative industries during this session where we take a closer look at how the game industry has approached the issue. Acquire knowledge of how game studios have been doing to help the climate, and how to get involved in projects such as GREAT (Games Realising Effective and Affective Transformation), a large European project aiming to take climate policy and gaming to the next level.
